Frank Matthews - ACF Member

Hi there,

my name is Frank Mathews and I live in Tasmania.

I was introduced to square dancing in 2011 by friends who had been dancing for many years. In 2012 I attended my first National Convention in Hobart. There I attended a behind the mic session and soon began as a trainee at the club I attend, the Launceston Square Dance Club. The club is mostly Mainstream level with a little Plus and A1. Recently I've had the chance to call at Buderim and Bendigo Nationals. Certainly a different experience to calling to a few squares at your home club. Nervous but very rewarding. I hope to continue in this wonderful craft for many years to come.
